This three room B&B has been individually decorated with it’s own uniqueness. It is small and intimate with all rooms located on the second floor, a Cafe on the first level, and the innkeeper on the third level. The emphases have been placed on the bedding design, which range from contemporary with an antique flare. This has been done to create a warm period feel in an urban setting.
The room rates range from $115.00 per night to 225.00 with full breakfast included. Rates will vary depending on season.
Each room has its individual bath. There is an outside private roof deck for guests to relax. We feature a Grand Suite with King size bed and two Classic suites with Queen size beds. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Outside smoking provided. No pets allowed.

This luxurious private home is in the heart of downtown Albany. Walking distance to The Capital, The Egg, The State Museum, and Theatres etc. The innkeeper will have suggestions on area restaurants and information on current events. We enjoy sharing our home, cooking breakfast and caring for our guests.

Our reservation and Check in policy is as such.
- We accept credit cards for reservations. MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.
- All reservations must be secured with a credit card along with confirmation.
- All cancellations are required within 3 business days for refunds to credit cards.
- Rooms previous unoccupied can be checked in between 9a.m and 9p.m.
- Checkout is 12 noon
- Weekend stays are minimum of 3 days..
